## Podium

Podium integrates AI-powered chat widgets on Tuplo store webpages, providing passive support for customer questions.

To sign up:

1. **Go** to [Podium.com](https://www.podium.com/) and choose either Watch a Demo or Take a Tour.
2. **Enter** your information and follow the on-screen instructions.

Then, to connect your account:

1. **Copy** your Podium Code.
2. **Log in** to your Tuplo Dashboard.
3. **Navigate** to your Miscellaneous preferences.
4. **Paste** your Podium Code into the text entry.
5. **Toggle** the activation switch on.
6. **Click** the Update Miscellaneous button to connect your account.

## MailChimp

Once connected to Tuplo, MailChimp allows targeted email campaigns to promote products and services.

To sign up:

1. **Go** to [MailChimp.com](https://mailchimp.com/).
2. **Click** login, then create an account.
3. **Select** a plan, and then follow the on-screen instructions.

Then, to connect your MailChimp account:

1. **Copy** the code from your MailChimp account.
2. **Paste** the code into your Tuplo Dashboard.

## Microsoft Ads Business

A Microsoft Advertising Business profile and Microsoft Shopping (formerly Bing) improve your business listing and list your products on all search engines.

To sign up:

1. **Go** to <https://ads.microsoft.com/> and click Existing or New User.&#x20;
2. **Import** your Google Business profile.&#x20;
3. **Sign up** for a Microsoft Advertising Platform (Microsoft Shopping).
4. **Follow** the on-screen instructions.&#x20;

Then, to **connect** your account:

1. **Copy** your Microsoft UET Tag ID.
2. **Log in** to your Tuplo Dashboard.
3. **Navigate** to your Miscellaneous preferences.
4. **Paste** your Microsoft UET Tag ID into the text entry.
5. **Toggle** the activation switch on.
6. **Click** the Update Miscellaneous button to connect your account.
