In your email preferences, you set different parameters to control where and how emails are sent for specific instances in Tuplo and Tuplo Studio.
In this section, you can designate which email address you wish to receive general and order emails. Order emails are optional, while general emails require an address.
To do this:
Enter the desired email to the general field
Activate the Order Emails toggle and enter the desired email.
Scroll down and click the Update Email button.
You have some options on how you would like to set up sending email communications with Tuplo.
Default Tuplo Mail: This option lets you send and receive emails through Tuplo.net. Customers will see an annotation on your email that includes this address, so while this is a reasonable temporary solution, we suggest using either of the following options for the final setup.
SMTP: Using this option, you can remove the tuplo.net tag from your emails so customers see that your communication came directly from your domain. This is a fairly standard process regardless of your email client, and you can likely find steps to do so on their support pages.
Mailjet: If you work with your own Mailjet account, you can easily connect these services by simply entering your API and Secret Keys. Less common than the SMTP options, Mailjet provides similar services.
For Gmail users setting up SMTP, specific details apply when configuring a Gmail account with Tuplo. Expand the section below for a step-by-step guide.
