The Navigator Window.

You can search and access the items you'll use from the Navigator Window. Each tab in this window can perform basic and advanced searches for your items, allowing you to view and modify them.

Result Limit

In the Navigator Window, most tabs will include a result limit menu. This setting limits the number of results returned for a search to improve performance.
